Thank you for your support in 2025!

January 30, 2026

We hope you enjoyed the Christmas season and thank you for staying connected as we move into the new year. Your support is already helping transform hundreds of lives in Africa.

Looking back on 2025, one thing stands out above everything else: we could not have done this without your consistent generosity. Whether through sharing our work, engaging with our stories, or donating to vital causes, you have been at the heart of everything we achieved.

Last year, we deepened collaboration with trusted local partners across Africa. Their leadership and insight helped us deliver support more effectively, while improved reporting and communication ensured donations made a real impact.

Across Uganda, South Africa, Ghana, Senegal, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, your support strengthened schools, protected vulnerable families, and opened the doors of learning for children.

Thank you for walking with us.

Throughout 2025, we shared a full year of newsletters filled with authentic stories from the field. Donor engagement grew strongly as a result – a testament to your commitment and the trust you place in us.

Our website at www.irff-uk.org is the central home of IRFF UK’s mission and your window into our work in Africa.

It’s the best place to explore projects and follow impactful stories.

The Home page offers a mission-led overview of IRFF UK’s focus on education, ending period poverty, and beating hunger, with clear routes to learn more.
Read our Blogs & Stories from the Field at www.irff-uk.org/blog for real stories, project updates, and on-the-ground insights.

Inside sections detail how we tackle Period Poverty – the charity’s flagship area – by restoring girls’ self-confidence, safeguarding their health, and removing barriers that keep them out of education.

We are combating child hunger in South Africa with food lifelines. Discover vivid, urgent articles about malnutrition, our local soup kitchens, and IRFF UK’s role in feeding hundreds each week.

We have brought safe, reliable water to schools in Uganda and funded clean, hygienic biodigester toilets for Destiny School in Kampala.

One goal is to continue funding the construction of boreholes and water wells across Africa to provide clean water to families and entire communities. This is vital so that girls can attend class instead of walking miles to fetch water – where they risk exhaustion, illness, and even physical harm or sexual violence.
