Our Track Record
Projects That Changed Lives. Stories We Still Carry.
Since 1980, IRFF UK has worked alongside local leaders across Africa on practical projects shaped by real community needs. Some of those projects continue today. Others reached a natural end, changed direction or closed when circumstances made it impossible to continue. This archive remembers the people, partnerships and progress behind that work. It is part of the story of how IRFF UK has learned, delivered and continued to build for the long term.

Long-Term Work Means Knowing When to Adapt
Responsible partnership is not about promising that every project will last forever. Needs change. Local leaders move on. Circumstances shift. Sometimes a programme grows into something new; sometimes it closes because the right conditions to continue are no longer there. What matters is that IRFF UK remains honest about the work, respectful of the people involved and committed to carrying lessons forward into the projects it supports today.
