Periods Should Not Cost a Girl Her Education.
For many girls, period poverty is not only about affording menstrual products. It is also about having a safe place to manage a period, knowing what is happening to their body, and having the confidence to attend school without shame.When those things are missing, a girl may withdraw from lessons, miss school days or feel that education is no longer a place where she belongs. Practical support can change that.

Practical Support for Girls Across Three Schools.
At Destiny Junior School, Jjungo Church of Uganda Primary School and Busabala Primary School, Jesca and her team are helping girls manage menstruation with dignity. Every two months, they provide disposable sanitary towels, alongside hygiene education and practical support for younger girls. This is how support is reaching girls today.

What they share is a commitment to listen to local leaders and help girls stay connected to their education. Our most recently confirmed delivery is through three primary schools in Uganda. We work with local partners and share updates as programmes develop, so supporters can see where their gifts are making a difference.
